7 Bit Casino

7 Bit Casino has been generating plenty of curiosity among online gambling enthusiasts across the United States, and it's easy to understand why. As more Americans explore their options beyond brick-and-mortar venues, names like this one pop up in search results, social feeds, and gambling forums, often with mixed signals about what the platform actually offers. Before you create an account or deposit a single dollar, it pays to slow down, do your homework, and understand exactly what you're signing up for.

The first thing any serious player should do when evaluating 7 Bit Casino or any online gambling site is check for licensing and regulatory status. In the US, the online gambling landscape is governed on a state-by-state basis, which means that a platform operating legally in one state may not be permitted to accept players from another. Regulated operators hold licenses from recognized authorities — whether that's a state gaming commission or a respected international regulator — and they're required to meet strict standards around fairness, security, and player protections. Any site that can't clearly document its licensing credentials should raise an immediate red flag, regardless of how polished its homepage looks.

With 7 Bit Casino, as with any online casino operating in or targeting the US market, the licensing question is the starting point, not an afterthought. Reputable platforms will prominently display their licensing information, typically in the footer of the website, and they'll link to the issuing authority so players can independently verify the details. If that information is buried, vague, or absent entirely, that tells you something important about how the operator prioritizes transparency with its players.

Game selection is one of the most talked-about aspects of any online casino experience, and it's a fair measure of how seriously a platform takes its players. A well-stocked casino typically offers a broad library of slot titles, table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, video poker variants, and often a live dealer section where real croupiers run games via video stream. The quality and variety of those games depend heavily on which software developers the casino has partnered with. Industry-leading providers such as NetEnt, IGT, Playtech, and Evolution Gaming have established reputations for producing games with fair return-to-player percentages and reliable performance. When evaluating 7 Bit Casino's game library, pay attention not just to the number of titles but to whether the software providers are names you can research and verify independently.

Bonuses are one of the biggest draws for new players exploring 7 Bit Casino or any competing platform, but they're also one of the most misunderstood parts of online gambling. A welcome bonus that advertises a large match percentage or a stack of free spins sounds attractive on the surface, but the terms attached to that bonus determine whether it's actually useful. Wagering requirements — the number of times you must play through bonus funds before withdrawing — are the key figure to scrutinize. A bonus with a 40x wagering requirement is fundamentally different from one with a 10x requirement, even if the advertised dollar amount looks similar. Read the full bonus terms before accepting any offer, and pay attention to game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiration windows. These details separate a genuinely valuable promotion from one that's designed to look generous without actually being cashable.

Banking options tell you a lot about an online casino's infrastructure and its commitment to player experience. Established, trustworthy platforms support a range of deposit and withdrawal methods — credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, e-wallets, and sometimes even cryptocurrency — while clearly disclosing processing times and any associated fees. Withdrawal speed is particularly revealing. A reputable operator will process withdrawals efficiently and won't create unnecessary friction when players try to access their winnings. If a casino is slow to pay, imposes surprise fees on withdrawals, or requires redundant documentation checks that seem designed to delay rather than protect, those are serious warning signs. When researching 7 Bit Casino, look for verified player feedback specifically around the withdrawal experience, because that's where the real character of an operator tends to show.

Customer support is another practical consideration that doesn't always get the attention it deserves. Online gambling involves real money, and when something goes wrong — a transaction that doesn't process correctly, a game that freezes mid-session, a bonus that isn't credited as expected — you want to know that a knowledgeable support team is reachable quickly. The gold standard is 24/7 live chat backed by a responsive email channel and a detailed FAQ section. A platform that only offers a contact form and takes days to respond is one that will frustrate you precisely when you need help the most. Before you commit to 7 Bit Casino as your primary gaming destination, test the support channels yourself. Send a question before you deposit. The quality and speed of the response will give you a preview of how you'll be treated as a paying customer.

Mobile compatibility has become a baseline expectation for modern online casinos. The majority of players in the US access gambling platforms on smartphones, whether through a dedicated app or a browser-based mobile site. A well-optimized mobile experience shouldn't require you to sacrifice game variety, payment functionality, or support access just because you're on a smaller screen. If 7 Bit Casino offers a mobile platform, spend time testing the navigation, load times, and whether the games run smoothly across different devices and operating systems before committing any real money.

One area where many players underestimate the importance of research is the reputation and track record of the operator behind a given brand. Online casino names can change, rebrand, or operate under different identities across different markets, but the parent company's history often tells a more complete story. A company with a documented history of prompt payouts, transparent practices, and fair dispute resolution is a fundamentally different proposition from one that has faced complaints about frozen accounts or manipulated game outcomes. Gambling forums, watchdog sites, and independent review platforms can provide useful signal here, though it's worth approaching any individual review with a degree of critical thinking, since both overly positive and suspiciously negative reviews can be planted.

The broader context of US online gambling regulation is worth understanding as you evaluate any platform, including 7 Bit Casino. The legal status of online casino gambling varies significantly by state, and players are responsible for understanding the rules that apply in their jurisdiction. States that have fully legalized and regulated online casino play have established oversight frameworks that protect players in ways that unregulated offshore platforms simply cannot replicate. When you play on a state-licensed platform, your funds are held according to specific requirements, games are independently audited for fairness, and you have a clear regulatory channel for disputes. That layer of protection is worth more than any welcome bonus, regardless of how attractive the offer looks.

For players who enjoy the competitive structure of poker or the fast-paced decision-making of sports wagering, it's worth noting that online casinos, poker rooms, and sportsbooks operate under different regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements, even when they're offered by the same parent company. What applies to a casino license doesn't automatically apply to a sportsbook, and vice versa. If 7 Bit Casino offers multiple product verticals, verify that each product carries appropriate authorization in your state.

Responsible gambling deserves genuine attention rather than a perfunctory mention at the bottom of a page. Online gambling is meant to be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or an escape from stress. Before you play at 7 Bit Casino or anywhere else, set a clear budget for what you're comfortable spending, treat that money as the cost of entertainment rather than an investment, and stick to it. Reputable casinos provide tools that make this easier — deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and links to resources like the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-522-4700). If gambling starts to feel less like fun and more like an obligation, those tools are there for a reason. Use them.

The bottom line when evaluating 7 Bit Casino is to apply the same critical framework you'd use for any financial decision. Verify licensing. Understand the bonus terms before you opt in. Check the withdrawal process before you deposit. Test the support. Read what other players are saying from multiple independent sources. A little diligence upfront can save you from the frustration — and potential financial harm — that comes from choosing a platform that doesn't deserve your trust. The US market has no shortage of reputable, regulated options for players in states where online casino gambling is permitted, and the best ones compete for your business by being genuinely good at what they do, not just by advertising loudly.

7 Bit Casino has been attracting attention from American online gamblers looking for a crypto-friendly platform that blends modern payment options with a solid game library. If you've come across it in your search for a reputable place to play, it's worth taking a careful, grounded look at what the site actually offers — and where it falls short — before you deposit a single dollar or satoshi.

The first thing most players notice about 7 Bit Casino is its emphasis on cryptocurrency transactions. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other popular coins are front and center as preferred banking methods. This setup appeals to American players who value faster withdrawals, lower transaction fees, and a degree of financial privacy that traditional banking methods can't match. Crypto deposits typically process almost instantly, and withdrawals — depending on the coin and network congestion — tend to clear far quicker than those processed through credit cards or bank transfers.

That said, speed and anonymity alone don't make a casino worth your time or money. The more important questions center on game quality, fairness, licensing, customer support, and whether the platform actually pays out what it promises. These are the factors that separate a legitimate operation from a fly-by-night site that looks polished but underdelivers where it counts.

In terms of the game library, 7 Bit Casino leans heavily on slots, which is fairly standard for most online casinos. You'll find titles from a range of software providers, including some well-known names in the iGaming world. The variety covers classic three-reel games, video slots with multiple paylines and bonus rounds, and progressive jackpot titles for players chasing bigger potential payouts. Table game fans won't be left out entirely — roulette, blackjack, and baccarat variants are typically available, along with video poker options. Live dealer games have also become a staple at crypto casinos in recent years, and 7 Bit Casino includes live table options that stream real dealers to your screen in real time, which adds a layer of authenticity that purely digital RNG games can't replicate.

One area where American players need to exercise extra caution is licensing and regulation. The US online gambling market is governed at the state level, meaning a casino that is fully legal and regulated for players in one state may be completely off-limits in another. 7 Bit Casino operates under an offshore license — a common arrangement for crypto casinos that market themselves to an international audience. Offshore licensing does not carry the same consumer protections as licenses issued by state gaming authorities such as those in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or Nevada. This is not a minor distinction. When you play at a state-regulated casino, you have legal recourse, access to responsible gambling tools mandated by law, and the assurance that the platform has met strict financial and fairness standards. Offshore operators, even legitimate ones, operate in a grayer legal space for US players.

This doesn't automatically mean 7 Bit Casino is unsafe, but it does mean you should go in with realistic expectations and a clear understanding of your rights — or limited rights — as a player. Reputable offshore casinos typically display their licensing information in the site footer. It's worth verifying that license independently rather than taking the casino's word for it. A license from a jurisdiction like Curaçao is common among crypto casinos, though it offers less rigorous oversight than many players assume.

Bonuses are a major draw at 7 Bit Casino, as they are at virtually every online casino competing for players' attention. Welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, reload offers, and loyalty programs are all part of the standard toolkit. The welcome package at crypto casinos can look especially impressive, sometimes matching deposits at 100% or higher up to a significant amount. Before you get excited, read the terms and conditions carefully. Wagering requirements — the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before withdrawing winnings — are the single most important factor in determining a bonus's real value. A 100% match bonus with a 40x wagering requirement is far less valuable than a smaller bonus with a 20x requirement. Other restrictions to watch for include game contribution rates (slots might count 100% toward wagering while table games count 10% or less), time limits, and maximum bet sizes during bonus play.

Some players make the mistake of chasing bonuses without fully understanding these terms, then feeling blindsided when a withdrawal request is declined because they unknowingly violated a bonus condition. This is one of the most common sources of frustration at online casinos — and it's almost entirely preventable by spending five minutes reading the fine print before opting in to any promotion.

Customer support quality is another practical factor worth evaluating at 7 Bit Casino. Live chat is generally the fastest and most useful channel for resolving urgent issues like delayed withdrawals or account verification problems. Email support is more common for detailed disputes but can take significantly longer to receive a response. Before committing serious money to any casino, it's a good idea to test the support team with a basic question — how quickly they respond and how helpful their answers are tells you a lot about how the platform handles real problems when they arise.

Account verification, known in the industry as KYC (Know Your Customer), is a process that may surprise players at crypto casinos who expect full anonymity. Many offshore casinos, including those focused on cryptocurrency, now require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and sometimes additional documentation. While this may feel like it defeats the privacy appeal of crypto gambling, it's actually a sign of a more responsible and organized operation. Casinos that allow completely anonymous withdrawals of large sums with no checks are often the ones most likely to have problems — or to disappear entirely.

For American players specifically, the question of tax responsibility is one that doesn't get enough attention in casino reviews. Gambling winnings in the United States are taxable income regardless of where the casino is based or what currency you used to play. Offshore platforms do not report your winnings to the IRS — that responsibility falls entirely on you. Keeping detailed records of your deposits, withdrawals, and net wins or losses is strongly recommended. Consulting a tax professional who has experience with gambling income is even better if you play regularly or win significant amounts.

The overall user experience at 7 Bit Casino is shaped by how well the site performs across devices. Most players these days access online casinos via mobile, and a platform that runs sluggishly, crashes during bonus rounds, or makes it difficult to navigate the lobby on a smartphone will lose players quickly regardless of its other merits. A well-optimized mobile experience — whether through a dedicated app or a responsive browser-based platform — is a baseline expectation in today's market.

Responsible gambling deserves a direct mention here. The convenience and accessibility of online casinos, especially those you can access from your phone at any time, makes it easy to lose track of how much time and money you're spending. Setting a clear budget before you start, treating gambling as entertainment rather than a way to generate income, and using deposit limits or self-exclusion tools when needed are practices that protect your financial wellbeing. If you ever feel that gambling is affecting your relationships, finances, or mental health, resources like the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-522-4700) are available to help.

Putting it all together, 7 Bit Casino presents itself as a legitimate crypto-focused online casino with a reasonably broad game selection, cryptocurrency-first banking, and the promotional structure typical of offshore platforms. Its appeal to US players is clear — fast crypto transactions, accessible from most devices, and a variety of games that rivals some regulated domestic options. But the offshore licensing model means you're operating without the same legal protections you'd have at a state-regulated platform, and that's a trade-off every American player must consciously decide to accept or reject based on their own risk tolerance and circumstances.

If you do choose to play at 7 Bit Casino, approach it the same way you would any gambling site: start small, verify the license independently, understand every bonus term before opting in, test the withdrawal process early with a modest amount, and never gamble more than you can comfortably afford to lose. That discipline matters far more than which casino you choose.

Finding a legitimate 7 Bit Casino that actually pays out, treats players fairly, and operates within the bounds of US law is harder than it looks. The American market has expanded significantly in recent years, giving players in regulated states access to real-money gaming platforms that were simply unavailable a decade ago. But that growth has also attracted plenty of operators who cut corners on player protections, obscure their terms, or operate without proper licensing. Knowing how to separate the reputable from the reckless is the most important skill any American gambler can develop before depositing a single dollar.

Licensed and regulated 7 Bit Casino platforms are required to meet strict standards set by state gaming authorities. These standards typically cover game fairness, responsible gambling tools, data security, and financial accountability. When a platform holds a valid license from a recognized US state regulator — rather than a vague offshore license — players have meaningful recourse if something goes wrong. That distinction matters far more than flashy welcome bonuses or a slick mobile interface.

The games available at a well-run 7 Bit Casino cover a broad range, from classic table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat to hundreds of video slots and live dealer options. Live dealer games have become especially popular among American players because they bring an authentic, social feel to the screen — a real human dealer managing the action in real time via video stream. These games run on certified random number generators or physical equipment depending on the format, and reputable platforms make their game audit reports available or at least disclose which third-party testing lab certifies their software.

Slot games dominate the library at most 7 Bit Casino sites, and the variety can be genuinely overwhelming. Themes range from movie tie-ins and mythology to sports and classic Vegas-style reels. What players often overlook is that slots vary significantly in volatility and return-to-player percentages. A high-volatility slot pays out less frequently but in potentially larger amounts, while low-volatility games produce smaller wins more often. Neither is objectively better — the right choice depends on your bankroll size and how long you want a session to last. Checking the RTP figures, which a legitimate platform will disclose either within the game or in its help documentation, gives you a realistic sense of long-term odds before you start spinning.

Bonuses are one of the most aggressively marketed features at any 7 Bit Casino, and they deserve a careful read before you claim them. A welcome bonus that matches your first deposit by 100% sounds generous, but the wagering requirement attached to it determines whether that bonus has any real value. A 40x playthrough requirement on a $200 bonus means you need to wager $8,000 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. That is not necessarily a dealbreaker, but walking into it uninformed is how players end up frustrated. Look for bonuses with playthrough requirements in the 20x to 35x range, few game restrictions, and a reasonable expiration window — typically 30 days or more.

Beyond welcome offers, ongoing promotions at a reputable 7 Bit Casino include reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins on new slot releases, and tiered loyalty or VIP programs. The loyalty programs at well-established platforms can add genuine long-term value for regular players. Points accumulate as you play, and higher tiers unlock perks like faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers, and invitations to exclusive tournaments. Just read the terms on those programs too — some platforms reset your tier status monthly, which can make climbing the ladder feel like running on a treadmill.

Payment options at US-facing 7 Bit Casino sites have improved considerably as more states have legalized online gambling. Credit and debit cards remain widely accepted, though some card issuers still flag gambling transactions and block them on their end — that is a bank policy issue, not a platform issue, and it is worth knowing before you try to deposit. E-wallets like PayPal and Venmo are accepted at select regulated platforms and offer faster processing. ACH bank transfers are a reliable option for larger deposits and withdrawals, often with no fees. Play+ prepaid cards, issued directly by some gaming platforms, serve players who prefer to keep gambling funds completely separate from their primary bank account.

Withdrawal speed is an area wher

7 Bit Casino is one of those online gambling destinations that tends to attract attention from American players looking for a bold, themed experience alongside a broad selection of games. Whether you've seen it mentioned on a forum or stumbled across a promotional offer, it's worth taking a close, honest look at what this platform actually delivers before you deposit a single dollar.

7 Bit Casino operates with an eagle-themed brand identity that leans into American iconography, which naturally draws curiosity from US-based players. The site is powered by Real Time Gaming (RTG) software, one of the more established game providers in the online casino space, particularly known for serving markets where US players are accepted. RTG's presence here matters because it gives you a sense of the game library you can expect — a catalog heavy on video slots, classic table games, and a handful of specialty titles like keno and scratch cards.

The slot selection at 7 Bit Casino covers a wide range of themes, from ancient mythology to adventure and pop culture-adjacent titles. RTG slots are known for their Jackpot Party network and standalone progressive jackpots, so players chasing life-changing prizes will find a few options worth exploring. The graphics and gameplay mechanics are competent rather than cutting-edge — RTG isn't competing with the visual fidelity of newer European software houses, but the titles run smoothly and the math models are generally understood by experienced players. Classic table games like blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and video poker are available, and RTG's video poker variants in particular tend to offer favorable return-to-player rates when played with proper strategy.

One thing you'll notice fairly quickly when researching 7 Bit Casino is that the site targets players in regions where other regulated platforms may not accept them. This is a common positioning strategy among RTG-powered casinos. However, American players need to approach this with clear eyes. Online gambling legality in the United States is determined on a state-by-state basis, and operating in a legal gray area does not mean a platform is licensed by a US state gaming authority. 7 Bit Casino holds a license from Curacao, which is an offshore jurisdiction. That means it does not carry the consumer protections, dispute resolution processes, or financial transparency requirements mandated by regulators in states like New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or others with robust legal frameworks. If you live in a state with fully regulated online casino options, those regulated platforms are almost always the safer choice.

That said, understanding what offshore means in practical terms helps you make a more informed decision. A Curacao license does require operators to meet some baseline standards, but enforcement is considerably weaker than what you'd find in a US-regulated environment. Your deposits are not protected in the same way, and resolving a dispute if something goes wrong is significantly harder. This doesn't mean 7 Bit Casino is a scam, but it does mean the risk profile is different, and players should factor that into how much they're willing to deposit and how they manage their bankroll.

The bonus structure at 7 Bit Casino is one of its more prominent marketing features. Welcome packages typically include a match bonus on your first deposit, and the casino has historically offered no-deposit bonuses as well — small amounts of bonus cash or free spins given just for creating an account. These can sound attractive, but the wagering requirements attached to casino bonuses deserve very careful reading before you get excited. Wagering requirements at 7 Bit Casino, like many offshore RTG casinos, can run anywhere from 20x to 60x the bonus amount depending on the specific promotion. That means if you claim a $100 bonus with a 30x playthrough requirement, you'd need to wager $3,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement, while table games and video poker often contribute far less or nothing at all.

A common mistake players make with casino bonuses is treating the bonus money as free cash they can easily cash out. The reality is that high wagering requirements mean most players will exhaust the bonus funds before completing the playthrough, and the bonus ends up functioning more as extended playing time than actual free money. If you're a disciplined slots player who understands this dynamic, bonus funds can add entertainment value. If you're primarily a blackjack or video poker player, accepting a bonus with restricted game contributions may work against you.

Banking at 7 Bit Casino reflects the challenges that many offshore casinos face when serving US players. Major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard have become increasingly unreliable for gambling transactions due to bank-level restrictions, meaning transactions are often declined even when the casino technically accepts them. Cryptocurrency — particularly Bitcoin — has become the most reliable deposit and withdrawal method for many US players at platforms like this. Crypto transactions process faster, tend to have fewer complications, and often come with reduced or waived fees. Some players also use prepaid cards or alternative payment processors, though availability can vary. Before depositing, it's worth checking which methods are currently active and what the minimum and maximum transaction limits are, since these details change and vary by promotion.

Withdrawal speed and reliability are among the most important practical factors when evaluating any online casino, and 7 Bit Casino has a mixed reputation in this area depending on the payment method and the time period in question. Crypto withdrawals tend to be processed faster than wire transfers or check-by-mail options. The casino does require identity verification — typically a government-issued ID and proof of address — before processing withdrawals, which is standard practice across the industry. Players who delay completing this verification until they're ready to cash out may experience frustration; getting your documents submitted early in your account setup reduces that friction significantly.

Customer support at 7 Bit Casino is available through live chat and email. The live chat option is generally the fastest way to get a response for time-sensitive issues like deposit problems or account questions. Response times via email can vary, and the quality of support — like most offshore operations — can be inconsistent. For complex issues, keeping a written record of your conversations, including screenshots, is always a smart practice regardless of which platform you're playing on.

The mobile experience at 7 Bit Casino works through a browser-based interface rather than a dedicated app, which is fairly typical for RTG-powered casinos. Most of the core game library is accessible on mobile, and the site scales reasonably well on both iOS and Android devices. Players accustomed to the polished native apps offered by major regulated US sportsbooks or casino platforms may find the mobile experience at 7 Bit Casino somewhat basic by comparison, but it functions adequately for casual play.

For players who are seriously interested in online gambling as a regular hobby, taking the time to understand the difference between the offshore market and regulated US state markets is genuinely worth the effort. States that have legalized online casino gambling offer platforms that are audited by independent testing labs, hold funds in segregated accounts, adhere to advertising standards, and give you real legal recourse if something goes wrong. If you're in one of those states, exploring those options first is the more prudent path. If you're in a state where regulated online casinos aren't yet available, the offshore market becomes a different conversation — but the risk profile should always be understood clearly.

Responsible gambling is a real consideration no matter where you play. The availability of online casino games around the clock, combined with the immersive nature of video slots, can make it easy to lose track of time and money. Setting a strict budget before you play — one you're genuinely comfortable losing entirely — and treating casino gambling as a form of entertainment rather than an income strategy is the healthiest approach. If you find yourself chasing losses or gambling with money you can't afford, resources like the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700) are available and confidential.

7 Bit Casino occupies a specific niche in the online casino market: it's an RTG-powered offshore platform with an American-themed brand, a broad slot library, and generous-looking bonuses that come with conditions worth reading carefully. It's not the most sophisticated option available, but it's a known name in the offshore space with a player base that has existed for years. Whether it's the right fit for you depends heavily on your state's legal environment, your preferred payment methods, your game preferences, and how comfortable you are with the realities of playing on an offshore-licensed platform. Going in informed, playing within your means, and keeping your expectations grounded is the best way to make the most of whatever platform you choose.

Aged like a fine wine. There is very little to really criticize here and the overall feel of being in so integrated into the world is such a refreshing feeling after so many games can not understand that exposition and gameplay should be interconnected. Gameplay is still sharp as ever and every set piece feels grandiose and grounded at the same time. I can't recommend HL2 enough.

This is game pretty meh but I'll start with the positives: The artstyle and music are pretty good, movement and gunplay is good and the controls feel solid and responsive. (Also since I don't know warhammer and it's story very well then I'll just be focusing on the game and not the story, but I will say the story cutscenes look nice and are animated well). Here are my critiques: The levels and their layouts are really boring and most of them just blend together. The game doesn't try anything unique in terms of gameplay elements and every level is literally just collecting keys and killing the same dozen enemy types over and over and a lot of the guns feel pointless and gimmicky. My biggest complaint is the difficulty curve, actually it's more of a difficulty straight line that shoots right into space. The first 3 or so levels were pretty simple and straightforward but suddenly the game treats the player like they're in the late game and starts spawning 10 enemies at once and this trend never dies down, the game just decides that from now on every single level will just keep going up and up in difficulty with hundreds of enemies to kill per level. At a certain point it becomes impossible to focus due to the amount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on screen, shooting at you from every angle. The difficulty doesn't feel earned because none of the encounters feel thought out or memorable, they all just boil down to cheap enemy spam with no cohesion. This game was a headache to play so it gets a 3/10

The game is okay. It does most things either kinda mid or decently and few things exceptionally. The biggest issue is how the movement and enemy projectiles work with the map design. They chose the old-school approach where you retain a lot of momentum after stopping and can often slide several feet forward. Along with having much less air-control than most "Boomer Shooters" this makes the player feel big and weighty but not at all nimble. Which is fine but the maps can be very tight and full of little props that can make movement frustrating . The game often forces you into arenas to fight and while I can tell that I'm meant to run around and bring the fight to the enemy it's often better to just look for chokepoints. Especially on exterminatus difficulty. This is made worse with how several of the enemies projectiles work. Many enemies fire slow inacurate fire with an attempt to lead their shots.

Inacurate fire means you need more room to move or side-step and many maps make this hard.
Leading shots cause more frustraion as enemies don't always seem to do it but when they do it just feel chaotic and a bit cheap.
Slow projectiles means I'm often waiting for shots to hit terrain before I can get back to shooting enemies.
This means the best thing to do is often camp corners and kill enemies at distance which doesn't at all feel like how the game was envisioned. Feels like the devs that designed the gameplay and the devs that made the maps were making seperate games. I'm guessing playing on a lower difficulty and tanking shots made some of these problems less apparent. I played on exterminatus and while I didn't have much trouble it exposed some of the games cracks and made the game feel like a slog at times and a little undercooked. I hope they figure some of this out for the sequel. If you like 40k and FPS games than it's not bad on a sale but there are a lot better "Boomer Shooters" to play on Steam.
